What is DROP HAT?

DROP HAT is a mystery hat and accessory subscription service. We provide our subscribers with monthly or quarterly packages from leading brands such as New Era, Pro Standard, Mitchell & Ness, Bioworld and many more.

How does it work?

Each month/quarter we handpick one or multiple hats (depending on your box type selection) plus a few accessories and send you a kickass box of style . You can pick from four different types of boxes to satisfy your  hat loving needs. 

What's the cost?

You have a choice of either our Rookie Box, All-Star Box, or Legend Box.  All three come with hats and accessories to complement your already fresh style.   

The ROOKIE BOX is priced at $39.95. It contains one hat and 1-2 accessories. The retail value is between $50 to $70 USD. 

The POP BOX is priced at $39.95. It contains one hat and 2-3 accessories. The retail value is between $50 to $70 USD. 

The ALL-STAR BOX is priced at $59.95. It contains two hats and 2-3 accessories. The retail value is between $90 to $110 USD.

The LEGEND BOX is priced at $79.95. It contains three hats and 3-4 accessories. The retail value is between $120 to $150 USD.  

All boxes come with the option to either subscribe month or quarterly.  Both subscription types are auto-renewing but can be cancelled or skipped at any time through your Drop Hat profile. 

Prices are charged in USD for all subscribers.

What are the shipping costs?

At DROP HAT, we understand and agree that added shipping costs at checkout  suck.  This is why shipping is included in the cost of our USA boxes and all All-Star and Legend boxes.  There is a $35.00 shipping fee attached to all Global boxes.

What is your refund policy?

As this product is a mystery subscription box, we are unable to offer refunds for boxes that have shipped.  You are leaving the styling to us, so trust us when we say this... whatever is in your boxes will be FRESH.

Drop Hat will also not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing errors on New Era 59FIFTY fitted and flexfit hats.  Please make sure that when filling in your style survey that you accurately indicate your New Era 59 FIFTY size.  If you are unsure of your New Era 59 FIFTY size, Drop Hat recommends visiting your local hat store to check before ordering.

For anyone who purchases a box and requests a refund within 5 days AND prior to the shipping of that box, a $10.00 service charge will be applied to the account and the difference can be refunded.  Any requests for refunds after a box has been shipped will not be granted.  

A lot of work is put in by our team in the design and styling of every hat and accessory included in our mystery boxes.  We are confident that you are going to love your boxes each month and look FRESH rocking the hats and accessories.
